How we handle your data.
This policy explains what Anemos Interactive Private Limited collects when you use anemosinteractive.com, why, who we share it with, and the choices and rights you have. Effective 11 October 2026.
1. Who we are
Anemos Interactive Private Limited ("Anemos Interactive", "we", "us") is a company incorporated in India (CIN U58203MH2026PTC475216, GSTIN 27ABGCA5982P1ZU) with its registered office at F50, 1st Floor, The Zone, Chandravarkar Road, Borivali West, Mumbai 400092, Maharashtra, India. We are the data controller (under the EU and UK GDPR) and the data fiduciary (under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) for the personal data described here.
Questions, requests and complaints: contactus@anemosinteractive.com or +91 93723 62676. Our grievance officer for the purposes of Indian law is Ronak Koshy Jacob, Managing Director, reachable at the same address.
2. What we collect, and why
When you contact us through the form
We receive your name, email address and message, delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms. We use them to reply to you and to discuss the work you ask about. Legal basis: the steps you ask us to take before a contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)); under Indian law, the purpose you voluntarily provide the data for. We keep these messages for up to 24 months after our last exchange, longer only if a contract follows.
When you book a call
Bookings are made through Microsoft Bookings. You provide your name and email address, and optionally a phone number, address and notes. We use them to hold the call, send the confirmation and reminders, and prepare for the conversation. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps at your request. Booking records are kept for up to 24 months after the call.
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and the technical details of each request (browser, pages requested, timing) to deliver the site, defend it against abuse, and keep short-lived security logs. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in running a secure, working website. Cloudflare's own analytics counts visits without cookies and without identifying you.
Analytics, only with your consent
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used: how many people visit, from which countries and devices, which pages and sections they look at, and which buttons they use. Until you accept the cookie notice, Google Analytics runs without cookies and receives only aggregate, non-identifying signals. If you accept, Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_W8FTJQJ2JM (each kept for up to 2 years) to recognise your browser across visits. We have not enabled advertising features, and we do not use the data for advertising. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a); DPDP Act s. 6), which you can withdraw at any time (section 6 below). Analytics data is retained for 14 months. Google's description of how it uses data from partner sites is at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Fonts
The site's fonts are served from our own domain. Only if that fails does your browser fetch them from Google Fonts, in which case Google receives your IP address for that request.
We do not collect special categories of data, we do not sell personal data, and the site is not directed at children under 18.
3. Who we share it with
We share personal data only with service providers acting on our instructions ("processors"), each under its own contractual data-protection terms:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (United States): hosting, security and the domain's name servers.
- Web3Forms: delivery of contact-form messages to our inbox.
- Microsoft Corporation: our email (Microsoft 365), calendar and Microsoft Bookings for call scheduling; call links are Microsoft Teams links.
- Google LLC (United States): Google Analytics, with your consent, and the font fallback described above.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights, your safety or that of others. If the business is sold or restructured, data may transfer to the successor under the same commitments.
4. International transfers
We are based in India. Some of the providers above process data in the United States and elsewhere. For data of people in the EU, EEA, UK and Switzerland, transfers rely on the providers' certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (and its UK and Swiss extensions) or on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable. Copies of the relevant safeguards are available on request.
5. How long we keep it
Contact messages: up to 24 months after our last exchange. Booking records: up to 24 months after the call. Analytics: 14 months. Security logs: a matter of days. Where a contract follows, we keep the related records as long as the law and the contract require (in India, generally 8 years for accounting records).
6. Your choices and rights
Cookies. You choose on the cookie notice. To change your mind later, clear this site's data in your browser and the notice will appear again; you can also use Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Everyone can ask us what personal data we hold about them, have it corrected or deleted, object to or restrict its processing, receive a copy in a portable format, and withdraw any consent given. Write to contactus@anemosinteractive.com; we respond within 30 days and may ask you to confirm your identity.
If you are in the EU, EEA, UK or Switzerland, these are your rights under the GDPR and equivalent laws, and you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
If you are in India, these are your rights as a data principal under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, including the right to nominate another person to exercise them on your behalf and to have a grievance addressed by our grievance officer. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India.
If you are in California or another US state with a privacy law, you have equivalent rights to know, delete and correct, and the right not to be discriminated against for exercising them. We do not sell or share personal data for cross-context behavioural advertising.
7. Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Access to our inbox, calendar and analytics is limited to the company's directors and protected by account security controls. No transmission over the internet is completely secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you and the relevant authorities as the law requires.
8. Links to other sites
Links to our social media channels and to Microsoft's booking page lead to services with their own privacy practices, which we do not control.
9. Changes
We will post any changes here with a new effective date. Significant changes will be flagged on the site.
